What types of plush dolls can your factory produce?
Our factory specializes in manufacturing a wide range of plush dolls to meet diverse market demands. The product categories include:
  • Themed plush dolls: Such as cartoon-character dolls (authorized by IP owners), movie/TV drama derivative dolls, and game-character dolls.
  • Functional plush dolls: Including plush dolls with sound modules (e.g., dolls that play lullabies or dialogues), light-up plush dolls, and heating plush dolls (suitable for winter use).
  • Custom-shaped plush dolls: We can produce plush dolls in irregular shapes, such as animal-shaped dolls (cats, dogs, pandas, etc.), food-shaped dolls (cakes, fruits, etc.), and even brand-logo-shaped plush dolls for corporate promotions.
  • Plush dolls for specific groups: For example, baby-friendly plush dolls (made of non-toxic, soft materials with no small parts to avoid choking hazards) and collectible plush dolls (with exquisite craftsmanship and limited editions).
We prioritize material safety and quality, and all materials used in our plush dolls comply with international safety standards (such as ASTM F963 in the US, EN 71 in the EU, and GB 6675 in China). The main materials include:
  • Plush fabric: Common options are short plush, long plush, coral fleece, and minky fabric. These fabrics are soft, skin-friendly, and resistant to pilling and fading after washing.
  • Filling material: We mainly use high-quality polyester fiber filling, which has good elasticity, is not easy to agglomerate, and is non-toxic and odorless. For baby plush dolls, we also offer organic cotton filling as an alternative.
  • Accessories: Buttons, zippers, and embroidery threads used are all lead-free, nickel-free, and meet safety requirements. For dolls designed for young children, we avoid using small detachable accessories to prevent choking risks.
Before mass production, all materials undergo strict testing (including toxicity testing, wear resistance testing, and washing fastness testing) to ensure the safety and durability of the final products.
Yes, we warmly welcome custom plush doll orders, whether they are for personal collections, corporate gifts, or brand promotions. The custom process is as follows:
  1. Requirement communication: You provide details such as the design draft (or sample), size, material requirements, color scheme, quantity, and any additional functions (e.g., sound, light).
  2. Quotation and sample confirmation: Our team will calculate the quotation based on your requirements and produce a sample plush doll (the sample fee is usually refundable when the order quantity reaches a certain threshold). You can check the sample’s appearance, material, and craftsmanship, and we will revise it according to your feedback until you are satisfied.
  3. Order confirmation: After the sample is approved, we sign a formal order contract, clarify the production cycle, payment terms, and delivery method.
  4. Mass production: We start mass production according to the confirmed sample and conduct strict quality inspections during the production process.
  5. Delivery and after-sales: After the entire batch of products passes the final inspection, we arrange delivery as per the contract. We also provide after-sales support to address any issues that may arise during use.
The MOQ varies depending on the type of plush doll and customization requirements:
  • For standard stock plush dolls (without any customization), the MOQ is usually 50-100 pieces per style.
  • For custom plush dolls (with personalized designs, colors, or functions), the MOQ is generally 200-500 pieces per style. The specific MOQ may be adjusted based on factors such as the complexity of the design (e.g., intricate embroidery or special functions may require a higher MOQ) and the type of materials used.
If you have a smaller order demand (below the standard MOQ), please contact our sales team. We will try our best to provide a solution based on your specific situation (e.g., combining with other orders or adjusting the production plan if possible).
The production cycle depends on the order quantity, customization complexity, and current production schedule. Here is a general time frame:
  • Sample production: For custom plush dolls, the sample production usually takes 5-10 working days (excluding the time for design revision and confirmation).
  • Mass production:
    • For orders with a quantity of 200-500 pieces (simple customization), the production cycle is about 15-20 working days.
    • For orders with a quantity of 500-1000 pieces (or with complex functions like sound/light), the production cycle is approximately 20-30 working days.
    • For large orders (over 1000 pieces), the production cycle will be quoted separately based on the actual situation, usually 30-45 working days.
Please note that the above time frames do not include the time for material procurement (if special materials are required) and logistics delivery. We will provide you with a detailed production schedule after order confirmation to ensure on-time delivery.
We have a strict multi-stage quality control system throughout the production process to ensure that every plush doll meets high-quality standards:
  1. Incoming material inspection: All raw materials (plush fabric, filling, accessories) are inspected for compliance with safety standards, appearance, and performance before entering the production line. Any unqualified materials are rejected.
  2. In-process inspection: During production, quality inspectors check the craftsmanship at key stages, such as cutting (ensuring accurate size and shape), sewing (checking stitch density and firmness), stuffing (ensuring even filling and no lumps), and accessory installation (ensuring buttons/zippers are securely fixed).
  3. Final inspection: After the plush dolls are completed, a 100% final inspection is conducted, covering:
    • Appearance: Checking for flaws such as thread ends, uneven coloring, or fabric damage.
    • Safety: Testing for small detachable parts (to prevent choking), toxic substances, and flame resistance (in line with international standards).
    • Functionality: For dolls with special functions (sound, light), testing whether the functions work normally and stably.
  4. Random sampling test: After the final inspection, we also conduct random sampling tests (sampling ratio: 3%-5% of the total order quantity) to further verify the quality consistency of the batch.
If any unqualified products are found during the inspection process, they will be marked and reworked or scrapped, and the root cause will be analyzed to prevent similar issues from recurring.
